VENDOR INFORMATION
We’re now accepting vendor applications!
Booth fee: $54.06 ($50 + tax)
Includes one 8-ft table and a 6’ x 10’ booth space

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR VENDORS
- Vendors will be notified by email if accepted
- A release form and MN ST19 tax form are required
- To ensure a variety of products, similar vendors may be limited; registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
- Vendor check-in and set-up: 7–8:45 a.m. on event day
- Cancellations received at least 7 days before February 1 are eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee; no refunds after February 1
- No ATM on site; please plan accordingly

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS:
The only way to apply as a vendor is through the City’s official website. All event communication will come from an official City or Parks & Recreation account. Please do not respond to individuals asking you to message them directly to become a vendor; these are scams.
