Craft Chocolate Tasting at Philter Coffee
About this Event
Join chocolate sommelier Estelle Tracy for a craft chocolate sampling of her curated selection at Philter Coffee. After a brief introduction to bean-to-bar, you will taste 8 different chocolate samples. This is a fun, economical way to taste a lot of chocolate without breaking the bank! All featured chocolate is made using transparently traded cacao beans.
Additional tea and chocolate bars will be available for purchase.
About Estelle Tracy
Estelle Tracy is a French-born chocolate sommelier with a French accent. Since 2016, she’s led hundreds of chocolate tastings and pairing events nationally and internationally. Some of her clients include Google, Amazon, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Find out more at 37chocolates.com.
