Salem High School class of 2027 is raising money for their junior year prom. you will find something for everyone at all the tables filled with unique items! vendor set up at 8:00 a.m.
shopping hours are 10:00 to 3:00 p.m.

PLEASE RETURN THE APPLICATION AND FEE BY MARCH 17TH TO MRS.HARDING AT SALEM HIGH SCHOOL 1200 EAST 6TH STREET, SALEM, OH 44460. CASH OR CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO SALEM CITY SCHOOLS WITH CRAFT SHOW IN THE MEMO. VENMO PAYMENTS GO TO MEA HARRIS (LEAD PARENT) @Mea_Harris - PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR BUSSINESS NAME AND PHONE# OR EMAIL IN THE VENMO MESSAGE FOR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
A single vendor space will be 12 Feet by 4 Feet (if you borrow our table-the majority of our tables are 8ft with a first come basis, some have a little gap in the middle or are a little longer)
Vendor Options Along with a $20 space charge, please donate an item of $20 value to be raffled off (An item to be donated can be delivered on the day of the event) $5 fee for an electrical outlet. $5 fee for an 8 ft table to be provided. Note: Please have only one vendor/company per table/space.
Set up & Breakdown Vendors set up between 8 am and 9:30 am on Sunday, do not mount, tape, or nail anything to the walls. The show is from 10 am - 3 pm. Breakdown time begins at 3 pm and not beforehand. The high school musical department's Oklahoma performance starts at 2 pm- we are hoping all of those attending will stop by the craft show beforehand.
Concessions There will be food and drinks available for purchase in the hallway outside of the cafeteria. Student volunteers should be able to take orders and deliver food to vendors during the show.
