Hi,
We are excited to host our 1st Craft and Vendor Bingo at Kohl-Jeck VFW Post 2866 on June 15th,2024. Doors open at 10am with people being able to shop with vendors and get Bingo Cards and seats before Bingo starts at 11am. The VFW Auxiliary will serve food for purchase from 11am-1pm that day. If you’ve never been to a Bingo Craft and Vendor Event you are probably going what is a Bingo Craft and Vendor Event? Generally, Crafters, Vendors and small business owners donate items to be won when someone wins Bingo. The proceeds from the craft and vendor bingo will go back to the VFW Post 2866. We will have two door prize raffles that day of $20 dollars. Two lucky winners will be drawn at 12PM & 2:30pm, a vendor shopping spree raffle drawn at 1:30pm. We will have crafters and vendors to shop with inside and some crafters and vendors outside weather permitting. We will have breaks during the day to allow shopping with vendors, getting food and taking any breaks needed. The first break being a 30 min break from 12:00pm -12:30pm we will start back up at 12:30pm with the next break being at 1:30pm-1:45pm and the close of bingo being at 2:30pm or before that if we get through all the prizes early. We will stay open till 3pm to allow for shopping with crafters and vendors inside and outside the post.

The cost is $20 to play and there will be 20 regular games with prizes from the crafters, vendors and local businesses. Each player will receive a packet of 20 sheets that contain 4 Bingo boards per sheet. You may purchase more than one packet if you would like to play more than four cards a game. Packets are $20 and we will sell extra cards per game for $2 more each game. During the games we will sell extra cards for anyone wanting to purchase extra cards. If you win Bingo you will come up to the table to pick out a prize.

We will have a vendor shopping spree. How the vendor shopping Spree works is the winner will be picked before the 1:30pm break and receive fake money to spend with the vendors at the end of the event the vendor/vendors that the person spent the fake money with will hand the fake money over to the event coordinator Trish in return for real money. The reason we do this is to make sure the money is spent with the vendors.
