Join brewers and certified cicerone Briony Liebich from Flavour Logic for detailed insights into featured brews, how senses come into play, and the reasons behind beer and food pairings. There’s something for everyone – whether you’re new to beer or a true enthusiast. Three paired Detroit-style pizzas will complete the experience.
Adelaide-based Liebich is a highly regarded expert in all things sensory. Her passion for drinks started in her family’s boutique Barossa winery and has led to work in wine and beer laboratories, together with a judging role at the World Beer Cup. She founded Flavour Logic to enhance product quality and beverage appreciation, inspiring people to delve into the sensory world.
