Craft and Chat: Cross Stitch with ClaireThursday, May 9th from 6pm-8pm
Cross Stitch is a fun and easy form of embroidery that can be used to make sweet, simple items, or intricate works of art. Our Craft and Chat on May 9th will be a celebration of this traditional art that is making a modern comeback!
Everyone who is interested in Cross Stitch is invited to come - whether you've been stitching for years or if you've never picked up a needle and thread. There are options for everyone! We'll be looking at a couple of fun cross stitch books and then completing a really cute craft together. If you have favorite books or cross stitch projects (complete or in-progress), please bring them along!
There are three options for this event.

Option 1: Free: If you would like to chat and not craft, or if you will be bringing your own supplies to stitch along.
Option 2: Craft Supplies, $10: Make an adorable key chain with us! Claire has put together all the supplies you will need to stitch a small key chain. You will receive a hoop, cloth, needle, thread, scissors, and a plastic key chain that will hold your completed cross stitch. A pattern will be provided and you will have a couple of colorful, fun options to choose from.
Option 3: Craft Supplies and pattern book, $34.99: Cross stitch is a very meditative and versatile craft, perfect for keeping hands busy during warm summer days. If you'd like to create key chains or other small gifts for your whole family, you might want a copy of Cute Kawaii Cross Stitch for additional patterns to create after our event.
Cute Kawaii Cross Stitch: Over 400 super adorable patterns by Sosae Caetano and Dennis Caetano can also be purchased by itself but does not include an event RSVP or ticket.
