Craft a Daily Practice You’ll Actually Stick With
“Daily practice” — two words that can inspire guilt, overwhelm, or a groan of recognition. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
In this workshop, Enfys J. Book will dismantle the myths that keep practitioners stuck and replace them with a flexible, judgment-free framework for building a sustainable magickal practice — one that fits your real life, not an idealized version of it. Drawing on habit science and magickal wisdom, you’ll learn why your brain resists good habits (and how to work with it), how to design a daily practice menu that works, and how to leverage your own past successes as a foundation for growth. We’ll also cover practical troubleshooting for when life gets in the way, and how to recognize when your practice needs a full reboot rather than a tweak. A brief pathworking will help plant the seeds you need to get a sustainable practice started.
