Learn to sculpt a cute furry monster that doubles as a pencil holder using FIMO Air modelling clay and acrylic paint.
About this Event

In this two-part, hands-on class held across two days, you’ll create an adorable furry monster figurine that doubles as a functional pencil holder.

In part one, you’ll work with FIMO Air modelling clay to build structure and add texture for a soft, “furry” look. Part 1 will take place on May 20 at 5 pm to 6 pm in person at Staples.

After allowing time for the clay to fully dry, part two focuses on bringing your character to life with acrylic paint, exploring color, shading, and finishing techniques. By the end, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind desk buddy ready to hold your pencil and spark a smile. Part two will take place on May 27 at 5 pm to 6 pm in person at Staples.

Both session will be live streamed from Emily Chen studio.

You can join us virtually or in person at particapting Staples locations. All in person attendees are required to register and attend both sessions. All in person attendees will get to create their own Furry Monster pencil Holder figure and keep the supplies from the session for future useage.
