Cradle-Con, Long Island’s non-profit comic, collectible, and pop culture convention, returns to the Cradle of Aviation Museum:
Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, 2026, 10 am - 5 pm.
This year’s event features a special G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero reunion, bringing together voices and creators from the classic animated series and comic, along with appearances by acclaimed comic creators such as James O’Barr, creator of The Crow.
Built by fans, for fans, Cradle-Con supports the Museum’s education and preservation programs and draws audiences from across the region.
The weekend will feature:
* Artist Alley and Vendor Marketplace
* Comics, toys, and collectibles
* Retro gaming and free-play arcade
* Cosplay, fan groups, and contests
* Hands-on activities and kids workshops

The Cereal Club Returns
Back by popular demand, The Cradle Cereal Club returns as a special add-on experience featuring classic cartoons and an all-you-can-eat cereal bar stocked with favorites like Fruity Pebbles, Lucky Charms, and Cap’n Crunch.
