CPRG Energy & Environment Innovation Summit
About this Event
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) invites area leaders and stakeholders to join a free one-day summit focused on the implementation of the Energy & Environment Innovation (EEI) Plan and recent initiatives to advance regional resilience and sustainability goals.
Held as part of the CPRG Status Report process, this event will provide updates on grant-funded projects, highlight accomplishments and lessons learned, and showcase additional regional initiatives that support greenhouse gas reduction goals.
Participants will engage in a collaborative workshop designed to identify successes, challenges, priorities, and opportunities that can strengthen implementation efforts and sustain momentum toward regional climate, energy, and sustainable development objectives.
What projects outside of the CPRG funding recipients should be included? NWARPC is looking for projects that support regional climate pollution reduction goals to highlight.
Please submit projects for consideration .
The summit will help ensure the continued impact of the EEI Plan by bringing together both stakeholders who contributed to the original planning process and new partners interested in advancing Northwest Arkansas' shared sustainability goals. Regional stakeholders, partners, local governments, businesses, community organizations, and new participants are encouraged to attend. Lunch will be provided.
