CPR/BLS Training

Adapt is offering Basic Life Support CPR training to all staff. This critical training is particularly important for our FQHC staff (or anyone "in scope") who are required to renew this certification every 2 years. However, all staff members are welcome and encouraged to enhance their skills and preparedness by signing up for these upcoming classes. Because space is limited, please check with your supervisor before registering.

Location: Jackson facility, basement group room

551 SE Rose St, Roseburg, OR 97470 (Parking garage) Please park on the 1st level of the parking garage unless you have a permitted vehicle. The class entrance is on the back side of the Jackson building, facing the parking garage. The door will be locked, please wait to be let it.

Class details:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so class can begin promptly at 8
• Hands on training includes close proximity to other staff, including team practices
• Kneeling is required. Please contact instructor for accommodations if needed.
• Equipment and materials are sanitized or single use items, to prevent spread of germs
• Please do not attend if you are infectious, or have open wounds that will come in contact with materials or equipment
• The classroom will be set to 68 degrees, so please dress appropriately
• If you have long hair, I recommend wearing it up or bringing a hair tie
• Food and drink are permitted

Please contact the Instructor if:

• You are going to be late. Please notify prior to 8am so I can keep an eye out for you. Arrivals after 8:15 will not be permitted entry unless prior arrangements are made.
• You need to cancel your reservation
• Physical accommodations are needed
