🚑 CPR & Defibrillator Information Session 🚑
Join the AOR Dorset BCP & Surrounding Villages Area Group of Reflexologists for a practical and potentially life-saving CPR & Defibrillator Information Session presented by the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance.
During this hands-on community session, you will learn:
• The DRS-ABC steps
• How to perform CPR
• How to use a defibrillator (AED)
• What to do while waiting for emergency services
• Essential life-saving skills that could help save a life
Approximately 200 people suffer an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest every day in the UK. Early CPR and defibrillation can dramatically improve survival chances — giving ordinary people the confidence to act really can make a difference.

💷 £5 Donation towards the DSAA recommended but not compulsory
🎟 Spaces are limited to 30 people; members of the local community are very welcome to attend - registration required
☕ After the session there will be time for tea, coffee, biscuits, a chat with the Air Ambulance representative and our Reflexology Group will offer complimentary Hand Reflexology taster sessions.
