Join Lifesaver Academy for a free, practical CPR & AED awareness session to mark Restart a Heart Day.

In around one hour, you’ll learn what to do if someone suffers a cardiac arrest, including how to perform CPR and use an AED (defibrillator).

The session is suitable for anyone in the local community — no previous experience is needed.

Places are limited, so booking is essential. ❤️
