This CPR and First Aid class is designed to equip the community with essential life-saving skills. The training will cover CPR techniques, the Heimlich maneuver, wound care, heat exhaustion and stroke treatment, poisoning management, and vital sign interpretation. The class will be hands-on, with a mix of presentations and practical application using adult and infant manikins. SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Adults, teens, and tweens ages 9+ are all welcome to attend.
*Registration is NOT required. But space is limited. Adults, teens and tweens 9+ only.
*The class is for educational purpose but there will be hands on training with mannequins so that those who attend can practice their skills.
