CPP 2026 AGM (and Potluck!)

Following our incredible 70th Anniversary Season, our 2026 AGM is just around the corner! A wonderful opportunity to celebrate the year that was, and look ahead to 2027. We are once again excited to announce that we will also have 'bring a plate' shared dinner (a 'Potluck') following the AGM, which is a great opportunity for socialising and catch-ups, and we would love to see as many members there as possible as this will also double as our end of year event for the group.
🗓️ WHEN: Saturday 14 November @ 5:30pm sharp (doors open from 5pm).
📍WHERE: The Factory, Unit 20, 63-71 Bayfield Road East, Bayswater.
💼 BUSINESS OF AGM:
* Receipt and consideration of the Chair's Report, Treasurer's Report and other reports relating to the activities of CPP Community Theatre during the preceding year.
* Election of the Committee for the forthcoming year.
* Discussion of CPP's 2027 season and future plans.
* Hear from the Directors of productions currently confirmed for the 2027 season.
🍲 WHAT TO BRING: If you are able to stay after the AGM, bring a meal/plate of food to be shared at our Potluck Social Event immediately following the completion of the AGM (as well as drinks for yourself).
📢 COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS OPEN 20 OCTOBER - Members will receive nomination forms via email.
‼️AGM VOTING RIGHTS - MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
In order to be able to vote at the AGM, should the need arise, you need to be a ratified member of our group. This means you need to sign up to be a member of our group for this financial year (2026/27) before Saturday 17 October. We understand that most members join / renew once they have been cast in a show - so those cast in SHREK, you're all set!
