Join the Cleveland Polka Association in celebrating 50 amazing years!

You are invited to celebrate the CPA's 50th Anniversary on Sunday, October 19th. Enjoy a sit-down dinner at the lovely Woodside Event Center consisting of champagne chicken, garlic mashed redskins, green beans, salad, and a white chocolate raspberry torte for dessert (vegetarian option upon request). Wine will be at each table.
After the meal, enjoy the fine sounds of Lenny Gomulka & The Chicago Push from 2:30-6:30pm!

Reservations are required for this special event. The price is $50 per person. Please send a check made payable to the CPA to Gloria Mikolic, 5704 Laurel Rd, Independence, OH 44131. Include any instructions on who you hope to be seated with. You may reserve a table of 8, but please include all names and full payment in the envelope complete with the phone number of a contact person). The deadline is October 3rd. You will not receive a ticket, your name and table number will be found at the door when you arrive.
