Registration is not required to attend the event.

It’s a chance to meet the people who live here, explore the community’s unique amenities, and see what makes the CP2 lifestyle so special.

• Clubhouse Welcome: Your first stop! Enjoy fresh brownies, coffee, infused water, and bottled water while meeting our resident volunteers. While supplies last.
• "Ask a Neighbor": Get the real scoop. Meet current residents and ask them about their favorite local hangouts, community events, and why they chose Central Park II.
• Homeowner Sales Gallery: Stop by the self-serve table of property-specific flyers from homeowners currently selling their houses. Participating homes will be marked with balloons—explore at your own pace!
• Homeowners' Committee (HOC): Learn about our homeowners’ group and our neighbor-led advocacy.
• Meet the Pros: Local experts in Mortgage, Insurance, and Inspection will be on site to answer your logistical questions. Subject to availability.
• Community Discovery Challenge: Use your smartphone to scan QR codes at designated spots. The first 5 guests to finish can return to the clubhouse to get a $10 Amazon Gift Card!*

• Check-in: Please start at the Clubhouse to receive your Official Event Map and Directory.
• Tech Requirements: You will need a smartphone with a camera and an active Wi-Fi or cellular connection (standard data rates apply).
• Parking & Safety: Parking is available at the Clubhouse. While exploring the community, please park only on the right side of the street, obey the 10 mph speed limit, and ensure you do not block resident driveways or fire hydrants.

LEGAL NOTICE: Central Park II HOC is a volunteer homeowners' organization. The HOC, its committee members, and volunteers are not licensed real estate brokers, agents, or dealers. This event is strictly limited to a community lifestyle showcase, focusing on park-wide attributes, while leaving all property-specific disclosures to the individual sellers or their agents. The HOC does not negotiate sales, provide valuations, accept commissions, show homes, or represent parties in any real estate transaction. All property-specific information is provided solely by the individual homeowners or their designated licensed agents.

Gift Card Challenge: Limit one (1) $10 Amazon Gift Card per household/party. To qualify, participants must visit and scan the unique QR code at all participating HOC member lots listed on the official Event Map. Requires a compatible smartphone and active internet/data access. Not responsible for technical limitations, poor cellular reception, or data charges incurred. Gift cards are awarded to the first five (5) unique households to present proof of completion at the Clubhouse. Current CP2 residents and homeowners are not eligible. Gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
