Holiday Fascia Release Workshop & Cookie Showcase with Amanda Quintanilla ❤️Get into the holiday spirit by taking a little time for yourself. This fascia release workshop offers practical techniques to free restricted fascia, reduce tightness, and improve overall movement and comfort. You'll be guided through mindful, movements and self-release methods suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to bodywork or looking to deepen your practice --Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere where breathing, slow movement, and targeted release work come together to help you relax and restore.
When the session concludes, we’ll gather for a cozy Cookie Showcase: bring your favorite homemade cookies to share (label any common allergens if possible) or come simply to taste and enjoy. It’s a warm, community-minded way to celebrate the season, meet local yogis, and savor some sweet treats.
