In Cozy Reikaura, Sammy (Yoga Instructor RYT-500 & Reiki Master) leads a restorative yoga class consisting of very gentle and relaxing postures, soothing breath work & mudras, & deep meditation while offering reiki from a distance. Jessie (Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master) works her reiki magic throughout the whole class, offering intuitively guided energy healing and clearing while students are held in supportive yoga shapes.The energy when Sammy & Jessie collaborate is imaginative, powerful, & deeply healing, and they love sharing it with you!
