- Musique d’ambiance et la compagnie réconfortante de nos amis peluches (oui oui!!)
- Légères collations servies pour donner de la douceur aussi à nos estomacs

C’est justement l’occasion de vivre ces émotions dans un espace plus sûr et sans jugement, entouré de personnes avec le même objectif, et de suivre TON rythme à TOI! Tout est une invitation, jamais une obligation. Tu pourras toujours choisir d’observer, de dire non, de t’écouter à chaque instant. Ton consentement sera notre boussole !

✨Déroulement de la soirée :
18h30 – Ouverture des portes avec collations
19h00 – Fermeture des portes. Cercle d'ouverture et explication du cadre
19h30 – Exploration guidée en douceur
20h00 – Exploration libre, à ton rythme, selon tes envies, tes OUIs et tes NONs
22h/22h30 – Cercle de fermeture pour celles et ceux qui resteront jusqu’au bout ! Mais pas d'inquiétude : si ton cœur est rempli avant la fin, tu peux partir quand tu le souhaites

- Light snacks served to keep our stomachs feeling soft too

Everything is an invitation, never an obligation. You can always choose to observe, to say no, to listen to yourself in every moment. Your consent will be our compass!

6:30 p.m. – Doors open with refreshments
7:00 p.m. – Doors close. Opening circle and explanation of the framework
7:30 p.m. – Gentle guided exploration
8:00 p.m. – Free exploration, at your own pace, according to your desires, your YESs, and your NOs
10:00 p.m./10:30 p.m. – Closing circle for those who stay until the end! But don't worry: if your heart is full before the end, you can leave whenever you want.
