Cowtown Comfort Cooking: Tex Mex

For ages 18 & up

Join us for a festive evening featuring Tex-Mex dishes presented by some of Fort Worth's favorite chefs. Johnny Cisneros of Los Vaqueros, Christian Lerhmann of Tinie's, and Levi Gardner of Pulido's Kitchen & Cantina will each demonstrate how to make one of their iconic dishes included in Cowtown Comfort: Fort Worth Recipes, Places & Food Traditions by Celestina Blok. As you sit back, relax, and sample each dish, you'll pick up tips on how to create a delicious Tex-Mex dinner from these local experts - and have the opportunity to partake in a little Cowtown culinary trivia!

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
