This retreat was made for you—yes you, cowgirl. Whether you’re burned out or just craving community, come rest, create, laugh, and dance under the stars with 14 other women ready to rediscover joy and themselves.

* 💵 $599 per guest
Includes 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, Snacks & Beverages (of course!), creative supplies, Saturday group transport, a cocktail class, line dancing fun and a fabulous swag bag!
* 🛬 Nearest Airport: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), approximately 43 miles from Green Acres
* 🚗 PLEASE NOTE! Travel to and from the retreat is the responsibility of each guest. Lodging is booked and paid separately via the Green Acres website above.
✨ THE ITINERARY ✨

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14 – WELCOME, SISTER
🕓 3:00 PM – Check-In & Howdy!
Get settled in, grab your swag bag, and meet your cowgirl crew.
🤠 6:00 PM – Dinner at Opie’s BBQ
We’ll head out to the legendary Opie’s for a hearty Texas-style dinner full of smoky goodness.
🔥 8:00 - 10 PM – Cocktails with Strawberry Jane (alcohol and non-alcohol), Stories & Stargazing
Back at the ranch, we’ll gather around the fire for warm drinks, S’Mores, connection, and wide-open skies.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15 – SPARKLE & SAGE
🌅 9:00 AM – Breakfast at Bluebonnet Café (Marble Falls)
Hop into our 15-passenger van and head into town for a homestyle breakfast at the iconic Bluebonnet Café.
🛍️ 11:00 AM – Exploring Marble Falls
Spend the late morning exploring boutiques, shops, the lake, visiting the Beloved Gallery & Museum, and enjoying lunch on your own.
🕒 3:00 PM – Return to Green Acres
Rest, refresh, and maybe rock in a hammock before our next creative sesh. Make sure to shop at the Green Acres Christmas store using your guest discount! You will NOT be disappointed! The shop is amazing!
👒 4:00 PM – Hat Making & Bracelet Bar
Design your own signature cowgirl hat and craft a beaded bandana bracelet to take home.
🍽️ 6:00 PM – Dinner Under the Lights
Enjoy a delicious catered Tex-Mex meal at Green Acres with your sisters under the string lights.
👢 8:00 PM – Line Dancing Lesson
No rhythm? No problem! We’ll two-step and boot scoot together with easy, fun moves and lots of laughter.
🌙 9:30 PM – Rest, Reflections, and Bluebonnet Pie!
Time to wind down in your cottage or camper and soak up the peace of the country night.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16 – FAREWELL, FOR NOW
🧺 9:00 AM – Light Breakfast + Coffee Cart
Enjoy one last meal together with strong coffee and sweet conversations.
🫶 11:00 AM – Blessing Circle & Group Photo
A final moment to share hugs, wisdom, and a big ol' group “YEEHAW!”
🕛 12:00 PM – Check-Out + Onward, Cowgirl
Head home filled with peace, new friendships, and a sparkle in your soul.
