Giddy Up & Glow: Cowboy Disco Goat Yoga! 💃Dust off your boots and grab your sequins! We’re blending the Wild West with Studio 54 for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience that is equal parts "Yee-Haw" and "Boogie Wonderland."
Join us on the farm for a morning of flow, fun, and furry friends. Our playful goats will be joining you on the mat—helping with your downward dog (or just jumping on your back for a photo op) while we groove to a curated playlist of Disco Classics and Country Anthems.
🌟 What to Expect
The Flow: A 45-minute beginner-friendly yoga session designed to stretch your body and lift your spirits.
The Co-Stars: Our socialized goats will be roaming the class, looking for cuddles, climbs, and maybe a nibble of a tassel!
The Vibes: High-energy disco beats mixed with country soul. Think Dolly Parton meets Donna Summer.
The After-Party: 15 minutes of dedicated "Goat & Glow" time for photos, petting, and showing off your outfit.
🕺 Dress to Impress (and De-Stress!)
We highly encourage Cowboy Disco attire! We want to see a sea of sparkles in the sunshine. Think:
Space Cowboy vibes: Metallic boots and holographic hats.
Retro Western: Rhinestone denim, fringe vests, and flared yoga pants.
Disco Fever: Sequined headbands and neon colors.
Note: Keep it practical! While we love the glitter, make sure you can still move comfortably. (And remember: goats love tassels, so wear them at your own risk!)
