• No outside food or drinks are permitted. Sealed water bottles are allowed.
• No refunds, including cancellations due to inclement weather. Chick-fil-A Port Charlotte and North Port Aquatic Center reserve the right to cancel the event due to weather conditions.
• Outside water toys are not permitted. Only Coast Guard-approved flotation devices are allowed.
• No coolers permitted.
• Please bring your own towel.
• Please wear family-friendly swimwear.
