The Covered Bridge Jams summer concert series returns for its 12th year, bringing live music to Covered Bridge Park nearly every Saturday night from June through the end of August. Presented by the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department, Saturday, June 6th will showcase Thursday Night Boys. The Thursday Night Boys started playing in a little office 20 some years ago. They have played various events in the Tri-Cities since then, they play a mixture of Americana, Country and folk music. "Being local, we love playing the Covered Bridge Jams in Elizabethton. The make up of the band has changed very little since those days, but remembering those that we have lost."
Food trucks will be on-site to offer a variety of dining and snack options, including Sideshow Station Concessions, Big Boy's Pop Up Eatery and The Sloppy Wagon.
Bring along a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening of free live music. Performances will begin at 7PM.
