COVEN returns to The Lafayette Bar for another night of dark electronics and underground energy.Headlining is STATIQBLOOM, the Berlin-based industrial techno project of Fade Kainer. Emerging from Brooklyn’s underground in 2014, Statiqbloom fuses punishing industrial rhythms, modular noise, and blackened atmospheres into a powerful live performance. Kainer has collaborated with artists including Jarboe (Swans) and Attila Csihar (Mayhem / Sunn O))), with releases on Sonic Groove, HANDS, and Metropolis Records.
Joining the night is IVY OH, coming in from NYC. A DJ and promoter behind the parties Lujuria (Spanish post-punk) and Hand to Phone (Italo body music), bringing a sharp mix of darkwave, synth, and underground club sounds.
