Ritual Astrology, Embodied Astronomy, & the Alchemy of Ancestral Starlore
A 5 week night sky immersion
Learn to relate to the stars and planets the way a naturalist relates to the Earth. Learn the wisdom of our stargazing ancestors.
If you love Stories from Stardust but desire to build an even deeper relationship with the night sky, then this is for you.
Over the course of one lunar cycle, we’ll gather under the stars and around the fire to weave ritual, myth, and embodied skywatching into a living relationship with the cosmos. This 5-week journey blends practical astronomy with ancient astrology, starlore, and animist cosmology—teaching you to see the heavens as our ancestors once did: alive with story, guidance, and spirit. Through celestial navigation, lunar tracking, and the mythopoetics of constellations and planets, you’ll gain both practical skills and soulful practices for communing with the night sky. By the end, you will never look at the stars in the same way again, & the night sky will no longer be silent space. It will be the celestial mirror of the great living tapestry that speaks to you.

***Parking Instructions***
You can park at Wild Abundance (WA) for this event. 65 Sanford Way, Weaverville, NC. Once on Sanford Way follow the signs to WA. There is a steep gravel road to the left across from a green box truck at the beginning of WA. There is a traffic cone because the road is not to be driven up. You can park below. To get to the High Meadow, walk up the steep gravel path across from the box truck. To get to the Pavilion at Wild Abundance, do not walk up the steep gravel path, but walk straight down the road past the box truck and the big pavilion is on the right. Please do not park in anyone's driveway! Thanks.
