Court Watch & Support – Motions Hearing | August 7th

In times like these, showing up matters. When citizens watch the courts, the courts tend to remember they are being watched. I’m inviting anyone who believes in transparency, accountability, and protecting our constitutional rights to join me at the Cherokee County Courthouse on August 7th for my Motions Hearing.
On this date, my attorney will be arguing Special Demurrers and Motions to Dismiss in my case. These motions challenge the validity of the charges and raise important constitutional issues, including concerns about how this case has been handled.
This is a public hearing, and your presence as court watchers sends a powerful message that the community is paying attention. Whether you’ve followed my case or simply believe that citizens have the right to observe the judicial process, you are welcome.What to Expect:
