Warmly welcome to join us, Maria and Bjørn Løken at Picaflor Life Energy, to learn Soul Journey Qigong 3 - The Initiation of the Navel, to the healing tones from gongs and crystal instruments. This is a deeply balancing qigong method that helps you access full connection with and balance between the different parts of you: the creative, intuitive, soft and caring part of you and the part that is structured, decisive, firm, and that takes out the direction.
Through series of movements combined with a specific concentration and sometimes with pressure on certain acupuncture/acupressure points, you open up light portals in your body and take in energy frequencies from the stars. This can help you heal your body and soul, take in information and move forward here on earth with a clear direction.
The tones from Bjørn’s playing on gongs and crystal instruments strengthen and deepen the effect of the qigong and transmit the energy frequencies from the stars. The tones help you open up, clear away energetic blockings that hold you back from living fully as you and start realizing your dreams.

Like Soul Journey Qigong 1 and 2, Soul Journey Qigong 3 is a blend of ancient shamanic wisdom (mainly from the Q'ero Shamans in the Andes, descendants of the Incas), many thousand years old eastern philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The method has sprung out of Maria´s intuition to be shared with you through the deeply healing tones from Bjørn's playing on gongs and crystal instruments. You do not need to have taken Soul Journey Qigong 1 and 2 to be able to attend this course.
When you attend this course in Soul Journey Qigong 3 – The Initation of the Navel, you get a video recording of the method with you home, made at one of the power places here in Fetsund, a 70 meters deep lake called Varsjøen. The qigong movements in the video are accompanied by Bjørn's healing tones from gongs and crystal instruments and Maria’s spoken instructions. The idea is for you to be able to continue practicing the method on your own at home.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSE
LEADERS: Maria and Bjørn Løken. Maria is the creator of Soul Journey Qi Gong 1-3, a Certified Instructor of Medical Qi Gong according to the Biyun method, a shaman and a sound healer. Bjørn is a musician, a Professor Emeritus of Percussion at the Norwegian Academy of Music, a shaman, a sound healer and a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
PLACE: Løken Gård, Løkenveien 37, 1900 Fetsund AND ONLINE, LIVE!
Fetsund is situated 30 kilometers east of Oslo. You take the train from Oslo S to Lillestrøm and Bus 480 or 490 from Lillestrøm to bus stop "Løken" in Fetsund. The bus stop is right next to the farm.
DATE AND TIME: 6-7 December 2025. Saturday 10.00-18.00, Sunday 9.00-16.00.
INVESTMENT: 2500 NOK. For you who have taken the course before - 1750 NOK. To be paid by bill before the course begins. In the price is included a video- and sound recording of the method made at one of the power places in Fetsund, Varsjøen. In this recording Maria shows the whole program and guides you orally and Bjørn plays on the gongs and crystal instruments.
