Le cours AIDA Piscine est le cours de base qui couvre les habiletés nécessaires et les connaissances requises pour pratiquer l’apnée de façon non-compétitive et sécuritaire en piscine seulement. Le cours s’adresse aux apnéistes débutants qui sont déjà à l’aise et confortable dans l’eau.Dates : Samedis 11-18-25 avril 2026 (théorie et piscine)
12h à 14h00 (théorie)
14h à 15h30 (pratique)
Lieu: Centre Sportif de l'UQAM
Vous serez gracieusement invités à vivre un entraînement avec la Tribu ApneaCity suite à votre cours. L'examen théorique se fera en ligne.

The AIDA pool freediver course is the foundation freediving course covering the necessary skills and knowledge for
a non competitive recreational freediver to safely freedive in a pool only. It is designed to be a freediving beginners course for students who are already confident and happy in the water.
When : Saturdays April 11th-18th-25th 2026 (theory and pool)
12:00pm to 2:00pm (theory)
2:00pm to 3:30pm (pratical)
Where: UQAM University Sports Complex
You will be invited for free to participate to the ApneaCity Tribe regular training session after your course. The exam will be online.
