Register today for the Courageous Survival's Mental Health Symposium! The theme for this year's event is #StrongerTogether. Come learn about how you and your loved ones can improve your mental health, increase your resilience, and support others.
We have in person ticketing, as well as online attendance options.
This event will feature some amazing speakers who share their stories of overcoming challenges. (Names coming soon!)
There are also 15 breakout classes, many of which are taught by mental health professionals. Topics include: how chronic stress can affect the body, how to help children and adolescents with mental health and wellness, active listening, how religious leaders can effectively support their congregations, breathwork sessions, and much more!
We also are gathering mental health and wellness resources from across the northwest for our resource fair. Come learn about what's available for you!
Tickets are only $22, representing the 22 Veterans lost to suic*de every day in this country.
