Courage to be! Through dance and movement
Let’s start with The Good News!! Contrary to our previous indications, because of their popularity, Gail Stewart has decided to continue her weekly classes for the time being - Hooray!
This session, along with the others, will be based on Biodanza (from the Greek bio [life] and Spanish danza [dance]). Biodanza is a self-development system created by Chilean anthropologist Rolando Toro Araneda in the 1960s. It uses music, movement, and group interaction to improve self-awareness, emotional expression, and well-being. It is often described as "The Dance of Life"
