A day-long Open Floor workshop to express and embody the shape of courage for you. Perhaps with some tenderness, perhaps some fierceness - how do the many qualities of courage dance in you? Come and explore taking up space, standing your ground, meeting the small and large of life with wholehearted presence.
The day will include guided exploration and invitations - moving solo and in connection - plenty of time to follow your own dance and time to connect and share with words and over lunch together.
Sliding scale - £45/£55 - please choose what is right for your financial situation. £10 deposit secures your place.
