Our final concerts of the season will feature music that was written in the face of extreme adversity, including Elgar's gorgeous Violin Sonata, composed during the final months of World War I. The concert will end with an exciting Piano Quintet by acclaimed Polish composer Grażyna Bacewitz, who spent several years composing and performing underground in Warsaw during World War II. Musicians include Sila Darville, Bailey Yates, Jonathan Crosmer, Luke Darville, and Madeline Rogers.
