Please join us for this Inner Child Healing Workshop crafted for Couples: In this welcoming workshop we will work with our Wounded Inner Child, especially as it relates to our current experience of being in a Couple Relationship. We will explore ways we are triggered (hurt, reactive, confused, angry, etc.) in our romantic relationship, and identify potential links to our own Inner Child wounding. We will learn what to do when we are triggered, and how to begin healing the Inner Child within, and we will practice having compassion and a different view toward our partner. Education, self-reflection, exercises and personal sharing around the topic of Inner Child wounding and healing will be our focus. This workshop offers a supportive, healing space to explore this topic and heal within a group of couples. Individuals are welcome to attend as well.
