Couples Holosomatic Breathwork w/ Somatic Jules
About this Event
In the busyness of everyday life, it's easy to become disconnected. Stress, responsibilities, and old patterns can pull us out of presence with ourselves and each other.
This Couples Holosomatic Breathwork Experience is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience a deeper level of attunement with your partner through breath, movement, sound, touch, and guided connection practices.
Together, you'll have the opportunity to:
-Deepen emotional and energetic intimacy
-Cultivate greater presence and attunement
-Strengthen trust and vulnerability
-Release stress and tension held in the body
-Feel more connected to yourself and your partner
-Create space for authentic expression and shared experience
Holosomatic Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that uses conscious breathing to help access emotions, regulate the nervous system, and foster deeper connection. Combined with intentional partner exercises, this experience invites you beyond conversation and into a more embodied way of relating.
Whether you're looking to rekindle connection, deepen an already strong relationship, or simply share a meaningful experience together, this event offers a unique space to explore intimacy, presence, and connection in a supportive environment.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected, more open, and more deeply attuned to one another.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. All couples are welcome.
