Reconnect Through Dance – Sensual Bachata for Couples
Rediscover the passion and intimacy in your relationship through the art of Sensual Bachata. This unique dance therapy class is designed to help couples deepen their connection, improve communication, and reignite the spark—all while learning the sensual movements of bachata.
Through guided exercises, you and your partner will:
Explore Connection – Use dance and movement to express emotions and strengthen your bond.
Enhance Sensory Awareness – Become more attuned to each other’s energy and sensations.
Foster Intimacy – Experience the power of physical closeness through fluid and expressive movements.
Have Fun Together – Enjoy a relaxed and supportive environment that encourages playfulness and passion.
No prior dance experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to move together. Come dance, connect, and fall in love all over again.

This class requires a partner.

The same Couples/Partners will dance together for the duration of the series and will not switch with other students.

TERMINOLOGY:

LEADER: The Lead is responsible for guiding the follower into each dance step through various signals.

FOLLOWER: Moves and processes the Lead's guidance.

We have some temporary rules that are expected to be followed and precautions that will be enforced:

1) Due to limited class size: NO WALKS-IN! MUST REGISTER ONLINE OR BY PHONE!
