Couples Cook: Spring on the Indoor Grill

For ages 18 & up

Make a date to perfect your indoor grilling techniques.  Working with a small team, you and your partner will  create this  meal that makes the most of seasonal produce. 

For ages 18 & up. Are you 21 years of age or older?  You'll enjoy a glass of wine as you sit down to enjoy your meal.

• Burnt Carrots with Goat Cheese, Parsley, Arugula & Crispy Garlic Chips

• Lamb with Mustard, Oregano & Lemon Confit

• Grilled New Potatoes tossed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Fleur de Sel

• Grilled Fennel & Radicchio with Orange Balsamic Glaze 

• Grilled Pound Cake with Strawberries & Chantilly Cream

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
