Country Strong is a free weekend workout program sponsored by the Daniel Ferguson Memorial Foundation, created specifically for active duty military, veterans, first responders, and their families.Saturdays are hosted by Wholly You Fitness, and Sundays by Reins Therapeutic Horsemanship – both in Fallbrook.
Each session is thoughtfully designed by a team of veteran coaches from different branches of service, bringing functional fitness, camaraderie, and real motivation to every workout.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just lacing up your shoes for the first time in years, this is your invitation to start – no experience required, no judgments given, just a crew ready to sweat alongside you and cheer you on.
Come build strength, connect with others who get it, and leave feeling stronger in body and spirit.
