Join us for a relaxing and fun beginner-friendly paint party hosted by Raleigh County Parks & Recreation at the Dry Hill Community Center. Participants will be guided step-by-step to create a beautiful Country Roads winter landscape, inspired by the scenic beauty of West Virginia. No experience is needed—all painting supplies are provided, just come ready to create and enjoy.
This event is kid-friendly, with optional add-ons available for younger artists. Couples and friends may also choose a split-canvas option, where the design is painted across two separate canvases that come together to form one larger finished painting when displayed side-by-side.
The paint party lasts approximately 2.5 hours, allowing plenty of time to paint, relax, and connect with the community. Concessions will be available for purchase, provided by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Sophia Volunteer Fire Department.
In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, the make-up date will be February 7th at the same time (2:00–4:30 PM).
