Giddy Up yall because the 1836 Saloon has officially gone country! Sam & Paul with Red Dirt Road Line Dancing will be at the Poconos' hottest dance spot, the 1836 Saloon & Grille in East Stroudsburg, PA (Marshalls Creek) for some good ole country line dancing THE LAST SATURDAY OF EVERY OTHER MONTH!! It's going to be a night you won't want to miss out on.
Dust off those cowboy boots, lace 'em up & come on out to do the Boot Scoot 'n Boogie to some iconic country tunes🎶 & show off those cowboy dance moves!
✨️FREE✨️ lessons begin at 7:30pm followed by a night of open floor dance & song requests. The night will include dances you already know & love along with the nights lessons to keep everyone out on the dance floor! All levels of dance are welcome from beginners to experienced dancers. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE new-comers & beginners in our classes! Beginner dances are always taught, followed by an improver/intermediate dance.
Nothing is more terrifying than putting yourself out there & independently trying something new. We instantly make you feel like part of the group. Between going over basic steps, to using counts & verbal cues to follow to suit both advanced & novice line dancers respectively, we strive to make the overall experience so positive that you will look forward to dancing with us!
Don't get discouraged! We're just trying to have a good time! Everyone messes up, and whether you're goofing around or taking it serious, there are all levels of dancing for everyone to enjoy! As an instructor with 10 years of line dance experience & 20+ years of dance background & teaching experience, I'm here to answer any questions you may have & help you as much as possible!
All types of music will be played & danced to in a fun, easy going environment, where we all encourage & support one another.
Come grab an ice cold beer 🍻, some great food, & dance the night away with us.

I'm beyond grateful & so excited for this opportunity to teach & dance at the 1836 Saloon & Grille. I would also like to thank Phil & Staci from the 1836 Saloon & Grille & the amazing staff for having us back here once again & welcoming us with open arms. We are super happy to be a part of their regular entertainment.
There will also be a Donation Tip Boot available for anyone who wishes to tip. Please note that all tips collected during our events are generously donated to a charity at the end of each month. Also, please take care of your bartenders for the night while they are busting their butts behind the bar.
