Howdy yall, I'd like to introduce myself in case I do not get around to speak to everyone who attends & for those who did not attend the last few classes. I'm Sam & I will be your instructor, along with a few other friends that are experienced line dancers yall can follow along with. I started line dancing about 10 years ago & it definitely has become my biggest passion.
As the instructor, my main goal is to make sure everyone has fun. Don't be afraid to try line dancing because you think you will mess up or will get embarrassed if you do mess up. I, myself have been line dancing for a very long time but I am still learning myself, not perfect & make mistakes as well so with that being said, please don't feel shy, overwhelmed, or worried you will not be good enough or afraid youβll mess up. We are all there to have a good time, meet some new people, & learn how to line dance without judging anyone. Please don't be afraid to ask questions during the class as well.
As an instructor with 10 years of line dance experience & 20+ years of dance background & teaching experience, I'm here to answer any questions you may have & help you as much as possible!

You do not have to like country music to try line dancing. We do not only target country music. All types of music will be played & danced to in a fun, easy going environment, where we all encourage & support one another. Although, yes we do specialize in country music, we do play different types of music as well including pop, rock n roll, hard rock, etc. Line dancing is absolutely not limited to just country music. We will be happy to play & dance to whatever your heart desires. Just askπ₯°
Come grab an ice cold beer & dance the night away with us. Let's stomp those boots & make some noise!
Every other Thursday night cowboys & cowgirls of all skill levels are sure to have a blast. With step-by-step instructions you'll learn a few new dances to popular country hits (and even some that are NOT country at all)
So head on over the The Railyard in Scranton, PA for dinner, drinks, & a whole lot of country line dancing!
Get there early to enjoy a build-your-own mac&cheese plate & sip on a variety of delicious drinks while warming up those dancing feet. During line dancing, they also offer other best-selling dishes, like delicious tacos, branded burgers, savory chicken sandwiches, & more.
Boots optional, but FUN guaranteed!
I would like to thank The Railyard for giving us this opportunity for country nights & we are incredibly happy to be part of their regular entertainment!
There will also be a Donation Tip Boot available for anyone who wishes to tip. All tips collected during the night are generously donated to a local charity. Also, please take care of your bartenders for the night while they are busting their butts behind the bar.
Hope to see yall on the dance floorπ€
