We promise we can teach you how to dance!
Join us for country swing dance lessons every Friday night at 6:30pm at Lifetime Fitness for country swing dance lessons.
You do not need to be a Lifetime Member, you do not need to register, you don't need to bring a partner, Just drop in an join us!
This is the not the yank-n-crank you've probably seen at the bars!
We teach about connection, control, footwork, frame, and timing the dance to the music.
Every week we have our beginner class for our first time dancers, and also intermediate and advanced classes for returning students to continue to grow.
The cost is $10 for the whole evening and we donate all the proceeds to the Orr's Hope Foundation, who provide much needed support to Wyoming Families with premature babies and critically ill children.
This is also a great way to meet new people, make new friends, build confidence, and get out and enjoy life!
