We are looking for volunteers to count. there will be 10 teams to count a portion of the spoons to be finalized at the end and confirmed by 1 elected official, 1 attorney and a representative of either accountant/steward. Then all documents will be sent in.after the counting is done. All involved we will have Pizza and other options to eat to celebrate the achievement of getting the record.
if you are interested please select going to the event and stop in 10 - 7 days before the event to get the paperwork.
