Eden’s Affirming Team and the Eden Mission and Outreach Hub (EMOH) are jointly hosting an important and informative presentation, “Countering Hate in Our Community,” presented by members of Safe City Mississauga and the Peel Regional Police.
This timely and relevant presentation will help participants understand the differences between hate crimes, hate speech, and hate incidents; how and when to report them; their impact on our community; and what we can do both individually and collectively to counter hate.
Everyone is invited to attend. Please help spread the word by inviting neighbours, friends, and colleagues. A Q&A session will follow the presentation, and refreshments will be served.
