Countdown Creates: Printmaking Workshops
Saturday, July 4 & 25, 2026 | 1:00–4:00 PM
Golden Lake, ON (indoors)
Create, connect, and contribute directly to Countdown’s vision, transforming collective creativity into shared action towards building safer communities.
In these monoprinting workshops, we’ll make banners for Countdown Moves mobile campaign and Countdown Live concert. Monoprinting is a simple printmaking method that creates one-of-a-kind images using layered colour and texture.
Countdown Creates: art-making workshops are open to people of all ages and abilities. No experience is needed. All workshop materials are non-toxic, and safe for all ages.
Workshops have limited capacity. Register to secure a spot: https://tr.ee/tGwtr2.
Workshop Facilitators: Tanya Lyons, Linda Archibald, Sylvia Tennisco, Heather Wilson & Anna Camilleri.
The Countdown Public Art Project takes place on the unceded and unsurrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg peoples, with respect and gratitude.
