Countdown: A Live-Action Roleplay Night

New Year's midnight is a special time. Auspicious to some, ominous to others. To some people, it marks a time to start fresh, or a deadline for the year past.
As guests gather to ring in the new year, each has their own idea of what the milestone marks. And, of course, no two of them agree.
What could possibly go wrong?
Countdown is a light-hearted New Year's Eve-themed larp in the spirit of Perfectly Normal Dinner Party (one of our long-term LARP favourites!). No prior experience is required, and advance preparation is minimal.
The event will begin at 7 pm with final preparation and an overview of LARP etiquette, focusing on comfort and consent during play. Following this orientation, we'll all get into character and begin the dinner party proper!
We welcome you to arrive at 6:30 to settle in and order food and drink before the orientation begins (though our kitchen and bar will also be open throughout the evening).
Please complete your Casting Survey as soon as you can after receiving it! The early-bird casting deadline is Friday, August 7th, and the general deadline is Monday, August 10th. (Tickets purchased after the 10th will be cast prior to the event from the remaining roles.)
