Simple Matching System: At the end of each round, you simply mark "friend," "date," or "none" on your match sheet.

• Less than 1 week: No refunds or transfers, but we may be able to provide a discount code for your next event, depending on the circumstances
• Medical emergencies only: Within 1 week, we’ll issue a one-time refund for illness, medical emergency, or death in the family with proper documentation
