Please join the First State Webfooters Walking Club in our 9th Annual Couch to 5K Community walking program!!
Walks are held each Tuesday evening at 6 PM at various venues around Dover starting March 25, 2025. The first walk will be 1/2 mile, thereafter, adding 1/4 mile and later 1/2 mile each week until we are ready to walk a 5K.
