Hello ladies….Happy New Year!
It’s that time of year when you probably start thinking about goals for the Year ahead.
Are you thinking about getting fitter in the New Year and considering starting Couch to 5k?
We are a group of ladies that meet up and run together, encourage each other have fun and have made friendships along the way.
I became a qualified run leader after being involved with the ThisGirlCan campaign a few years ago which was to encourage women to be active however that maybe, i happened to start running - it changed my life.
So why not come along and join us?
I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face.
We will meet on Wednesdays at 6.15pm on the Overcliffe at the middle steps of the carpark above Sobo beach (formerly Bistro On the beach)
First session is on the 14th January

It’s £16 for the course payable at the first session includes a free week
